José Roca Barrachina
José is the founding partner of Kaizen Consulting, a specialist in obtaining financing in its different forms with traditional banking as well as alternative banking and debt funds.
He has accumulated 19 years of experience in corporate banking in managerial positions at both Banesto and Banco Santander. In the last 11 years at Banesto, he was Commercial Manager of the Eastern Territory and Manager of the Valencia Business Area.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, a Diploma in Commercial Management and Marketing, and has completed the Management Development Programme and Leadership and Coaching Programme at Instituto de Empresa.
Amanda De Courcy
Amanda has been in the finance market for some 30 years. Initially as a lender, providing working capital for SME businesses, including all aspects of asset based lending (ABL), cross border funding, trade and stock finance. Since 2008, Amanda has operated her own finance brokerage, specialising in working capital finance and funding for property development projects countrywide. Covering the whole of the UK funding market, Amanda can source finance for all types of businesses, including construction related companies, and property developments, be they large or small.

Máximo Fernández Espejo
