The merger of Iparvending Group and Easy Vending Group has resulted in the creation of Spain’s third largest vending operator. Following the signing of the integration agreement, a new group with over 15,000 points of sale and revenue exceeding 50 million euros will emerge. The professional services firm PKF Attest, which maintains an alliance with Kaizen Consulting in providing financing advisory for companies, secured funding prior to the merger. PKF Attest also served as an advisor for the transaction, overseeing both its structuring and the due diligence process.
The new company will operate under the Iparvending brand and will be headquartered in Basauri, in the Basque Country. In a joint statement, the newly integrated entities highlighted that their geographic areas of operation barely overlap and are «highly complementary,» which will significantly enhance their presence in Spain. Iparvending is engaged in vending services as well as the distribution of coffee capsules and water.
José Miguel Lanzagorta, CEO of Iparvending Group, emphasized that this merger will allow them to «combine strengths, generate synergies, reach new customers,» and expand their business model, «based on quality with two fundamental pillars: customer service and product.» He also noted that these are «two family-owned companies with very similar philosophies and a long-term business vision. Together we will be stronger, more competitive, and able to provide better service. We will continue to enthusiastically support the development of our Special Employment Center.»
