At KAIZEN Consulting, we have obtained the international guarantee needed for a company to participate in a tender in Gabon. Our client, the Valencian company Alfatec Sistemas, presented us with the challenge of securing the necessary guarantee to bid on a public tender worth €35 million to provide software for the hospital system in the African country. The Gabonese authorities included the presentation of an international bank guarantee as a requirement for participating in the tender.
